Somebody else or another of your devices on your network is using a lot of your upload bandwidth.Your router is the slow, old, faulty, or misconfigured.You are behind a firewall or proxy that moderates your connection's upload speed.Your computer's firewall/anti-virus/security software interferes with the connection.If anything, a speed test will tell you the theoretical maximum speed that you could stream at under perfectly ideal conditions, but conditions are never perfect. Your "stable" bitrate is more likely about 70-75% of your "estimated" speed test upload (and that's only if you're not being throttled). Just because a speed test says you have 5 Mb/s upload doesn't mean you can upload to anything at a stable 5Mb/s since connections across the internet rarely maintain such a consistent speed. Speed tests provide very rough estimate - they mean very little with regards to streaming. If you drop too many frames, you may be disconnected from the streaming server.
Because of this, the program was forced to drop some of the video frames in order to compensate. "Dropped frames" means that your connection to remote server isn't stable or you can't keep up with your set bitrate. Check your anti-virus/internet security software.Select OK to save your changes for the selected network adapter.Uncheck the Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) box.When the Network Connections window opens, right-click your network connection.In the Status section, under Change your network settings, select Change adapter options.From the Start/Windows Menu, select Settings.Steps for disabling 3rd party firewalls vary, so we recommend checking the manufacturer’s support pages before uninstalling your firewall entirely. It should be enabled or reinstalled as soon as you’ve confirmed that it’s not causing your issues. We do not recommend leaving your firewall disabled long term. If you’re still having trouble, the next step is to disable or uninstall your firewall temporarily. If possible, you should also add an exception within your firewall software. For instructions on how to update third party firewall software, we recommend checking the support pages provided by your firewall software publisher. Updating your firewall software may help resolve connectivity issues. Once you’ve done that, you need to ensure that the app is checked, and that it has check marks under both the Private and Public columns.Click Allow another app…, locate and select the app, then click Add.If the app is missing from the list, you need to add it.
If it’s present, make sure it’s checked, and that both the Private and Public columns have a check mark.
